裏社会で活躍するフリーの工作員。竜胆しづねの姉であり、そしてカタキでもあるようだ。

狙撃と爆発物の達人で、雇われテロリストとして世界各地で破壊工作に携わる。…と公式で書かれてあるが、前作と違い今作では自衛武器でもあった爆発物を殆ど持っていない。
それによって自衛面が大きく変わり、より立ち回りが難しいキャラクターとなった。

メイン武器は射程の長い「スナイパーライフル」「ターレットライフル」、これらを用いて敵の射程外から一方的に狙撃する事が出来る。
射線さえ通れば大抵敵がどこにいても攻撃できるため相手との間合いや味方との距離感が取れれば非常に強力な武器と言えるだろう。

しかしリスポが自由な位置を指定できるようになった関係で、味方と離れすぎた後方で狙撃しているとリスポで狙われてしまい、さらに味方の方へ逃げると結果的に挟み撃ちの形となり大変危険。
特に味方が前に出た場合にオルガが取り残されていては自動的に孤立してしまうので注意が必要だ。
広いＭＡＰでは味方３人で誰もオルガまで通さないという事は不可能に近い。いくらでも迂回や両側から近付かれてしまう。
また護衛してくれる人が前線に加われなくなるため更なる悪循環を生んでしまう。

さらに今作では前衛の高火力化、後衛の自衛力、火力の低下に伴い、
試合開始直後お互いの前衛が相手後衛へ突っ込んで行く試合展開が非常に多く当然オルガも格好の獲物として狙われる。
そのため戦線から離れ一人隠れながら相手を一方的に攻撃するというスナイパーの定石は忘れ出来るだけ味方の後ろから離れず全体を見ながら狙撃しよう。

また、他キャラの遠距離型WPと違い自衛武器がライトハンドガンなどダウン値に劣るものが多いため、自衛にどうしても時間が掛かってしまう。
なので仮に落とされなくとも自衛している間は時間火力が激減し味方からしたら完全にお荷物となり落とされれば戦犯となる。近づかれる前にどうにか対処しよう。

以上のことから他のキャラよりも高いエイム力や繊細な立ち回りが求められる一回りも二回りも上級者向けのキャラクターとなっている。

Ver.1.10でオルガ以外にも高性能なスナイパーライフルを持ち尚且つダブル、サイドも優秀な遠距離型「バトルマスター」が登場し、物議を醸した。

その他にも他キャラに与えられているスナイパー系WPの方がオルガのWPよりも遥かに優秀なものが多く、結果本来のスナイパーキャラとしての個性を失い、低耐久、低火力、低機動の3低のみが残ってしまい完全にオルガに乗る意味が見出せなくなってしまった。
そのため、早急に全WPの大幅な上方修正が全オルガユーザーから渇望されている。

またオルガはハンドガンやマシンガンなど風澄と似た系統の武器を多く所有している。
なのでオルガを使う前に徹を使い立ち回りの基本や狙撃について学ぶのもひとつの手だろう。

余談だがオルガ・ジェンテインは偽名で本名は竜胆オリカ。竜胆とは花の名前でその英名は「gentian」である。
